How does this program work? It’s easy! To begin contact us to schedule a consultation with one of our rights restoration attorneys. We’ll discuss your case and payment. You will choose what your regular payments will be and their schedule. Regular payments will automatically be charged to your debit or credit card. A good comparison is the layaway programs that many retail stores offer. You buy your item on layaway and the store holds it while you make regular payments. Once you’ve paid off your item the store will give it to you. Our Layaway Financial Plan works the same way. You’ll make regular payments and once your balance is paid in full we will prepare your case and submit it to the court.
Half & Half
Our Half & Half program is simple and allows clients to pay their full balance quickly while maintaining flexibility.

How does it work? Contact us to schedule a consultation with one of our rights restoration attorneys. After your consultation you will pay half of your balance. We will then begin preparing your case to submit to court. The second half of your balance will be due when we’re ready to submit your case to the court.”
Full Payment
